Do you have a secret place to pray? Would you mind sharing what type of place it is? I desperately need some ideas.
The shower. I know, I know, weird. But it's just about the only place I can be left alone for 5 minutes. And getting clean always humbles me because we are unbelievably blessed to have a home to shower in and clean water for bathing and drinking. It's a good place to ask God to cleanse you and reveal the thigns that are causing you stumble.

Sorry, but the shower and the car are about as good as a mom of 3 with no alone time to escape anywhere to is gonna get. :)

I've actually heard "shower" a lot. ;) I guess for me, since I do have the time right now, I'd like some other ideas, too. There's not really a place in the house that I can use.

When I was younger, I always "chatted" with God while sitting under an oak tree with my feet in a stream. I remember laying back and watching the clouds drift by and feeling like I was being heard.
